EPS insulation boards and blocks can be cut to the thickness, length and width on your cut list. Tell us what you need and we will confirm what we can prepare before delivery.

What do I need to send for a cut-to-size order?

A cut list or drawings with the sizes, thicknesses and quantities, plus the delivery address. Marked-up PDFs, spreadsheets and hand sketches all work.

Can you make tapered roof insulation?

Tapered pieces for roof drainage can be prepared from EPS blocks. Send the roof layout and the slope you need, and we will confirm the options.

How accurate are the cuts?

Cutting tolerances depend on the product and the cut. Ask us for the tolerance that applies to your order.
